These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Auravate mobile application and related services (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Auravate helps you create and track goals, tasks, and habits, schedule reminders, and receive suggestions. Features may include rule-based suggestions (free) and AI-generated suggestions (premium). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
AI and rule-based suggestions are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other expert advice. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to act on any suggestion, and for any decisions you make based on the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated or rule-based suggestions.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (goals, tasks, habits, notes). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App, including generating suggestions as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit.
The App, including its software, design, branding, and “Auravate” name and logos, is owned by Bugrahan Aydin and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The App relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that suggestions will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
The App relies on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure (including Google Firebase). Service interruptions, synchronization errors, device failure, account deletion, or other events may result in temporary or permanent loss of, or inability to access, your data. You are responsible for independently retaining copies of any content that is important to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that data will be retained, backed up, or recoverable, and we are not liable for any loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of data, however caused.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugrahan Aydin and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, the AI or rule-based suggestions, or any loss or corruption of data — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims will not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bugrahan Aydin harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for legitimate business or legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Sections 8–14) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
