Auravate is a goal- and habit-tracking application that helps you plan, execute, and review personal goals, tasks, and habits, with optional AI-generated suggestions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. We and RevenueCat receive purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and entitlement state. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled by Apple and Google.
When AI suggestions are enabled (premium feature), we send a limited subset of your in-app activity to our backend to generate suggestions, including: goal labels, task completion counts, today’s task titles, habit completion counts, and current habit streak summaries.
We do not send full Firestore documents, authentication identifiers, or unrelated app data to AI providers for suggestions. Free users receive rule-based suggestions generated on-device, with no AI provider involved.
Premium AI suggestions are generated through Auravate-controlled Firebase Cloud Functions. The app does not call AI providers directly. Suggestion requests are authenticated, protected with Firebase App Check, and rate-limited per user. If the AI service is unavailable, the app falls back to rule-based suggestions.
AI suggestion content may be processed by a Google Gemini Flash-class model through Google services configured on our backend. API keys and secrets are stored only on the backend and are never exposed in the app.

Your app content is stored in Google Firestore. Access is restricted by Firestore Security Rules and Firebase Authentication. Requests are protected with Firebase App Check and per-user rate limiting. We apply industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data may be processed and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States (multi-region). If you are located outside that region, your data may be transferred internationally under appropriate safeguards.
We retain your account content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal content within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Analytics data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Auravate is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The app uses third-party SDKs and services (listed in Section 5). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice within the app.
